I recently had Soapy Suds come out to clean our dryer vent, and they did an amazing job! We originally thought our dryer was broken, 3 different repairmen come out to try to fix it and after 2 months of costly repairs still, no dryer. Until the last repairman said it must be the vent is clogged. Soapy Suds, after a Hour of working on it, were able to unplug the vent and made sure everything was working properly before they left. We were referred to Soapy Suds by our cousin, as she was a satisfied customer. We have used their gutter cleaning services 2 years in a row and have no complaints about the cleaning or billing/payment process. We have a relatively small gutter span and I do wish they had one tier less expensive, as I think their price for the amount of time spent at my home is a bit high. However, I like their service enough to pay the price. Their basic service does not include washing the exterior of the gutters or oxidation removal; it is just a clean out of the debris and they used our hose to flush out the gutters and downspouts. Let me start off by saying that I absolutely hate cleaning windows. They somehow look worse after I clean them so this is the only job that I can justify paying someone to do. Scheduling was easy and when the day arrived they were running behind from the previous job but kept me updated the whole time.
